I'm trying to play my music in the Spotify Web Player, not the app, and it won't load. I don't know what to do, because Spotify's homepage loads perfectly fine, but as soon as I try to go on play.spotify.com nothing works. My screen is just completely black with the spotify logo in the corning, there isn't even a loading. It will delete everything in the app and not the application. Restart your phone and open the Spotify app. For a PC first, close Spotify then create a backup of the cache folder Storage by renaming it. Restart Spotify, the app will recreate the folder as it tries to write to it and the problem is solved.

Open the Play Store from the Launcher.
Browse apps by category there, or use the search box to find a specific app for your Chromebook.
After you’ve found an app, press the Install button on the app page.
